Description

For years Greg taught the fundamentals here at our WoodenBoat School. Greg's talent for relaying this experience into the written word has resulted in a text with a straight-forward friendly approach, including helpful drawings and photographs. The combination will drive-home the lessons.

Building Small Boats is one of our best-selling books as it's the ideal book for the construction of boats under 25 feet in length. It's perfect for folks looking to have some of the mysteries of the building process peeled away, or just boning-up on a good technique or two.

    BUILDING SMALL BOATS

I subscribed to the Master-Skills video classes when I heard about Greg's book. I own several book building technique books. This breaks down all the basics and outclasses anything else than I have found. Thank You Greg!

    The best resource I’ve seen

Greg Rossel’s is the best all-round book on building small boats that I have ever read. It covers all of the pertinent aspects in depth and with obvious authority. Forget the others, if you’re starting out read this one.

A lot of info on what a shop needs and methods used. Good book for beginners for a reference in your shop.

    Great book

Great book. A little more technical that I was looking for but the writing is so clear that I guess I am capable of a little more than I thought.
