In this article, Mike O'Brien gives a thorough account of this wonderful little canoe by Ian Oughtred. The article bears rereading several times, as some of the details are best appreciated after one has absorbed some other aspect of the article. Mike's description of the sailing rig and its use shows how the use of such a small rig can be learned only by ongoing experience. Details, perhaps overlooked before, emerge as important links to understanding the whole picture. Excellent article.
